The transportable laser system IDAS is the
specialist for superficial vascular skin changes.
With 8 watt, this green laser system is one of
the most powerful of its class, allowing it to use
large spot sizes. The high power allows IDAS
to emit extraordinarily short pulses, effectively
targeting disturbing vessels while protecting the
surrounding skin.
With 532 nm, the LBO laser system IDAS applies
light of the same wavelength as a KTP laser,
but is much more powerful and reliable. IDAS
is lightweight with a compact design and has
an official transportation allowance. The system
can thus be used in different treatment rooms
or offices. Thanks to its Plug & Play technology,
no setup after transportation is required – IDAS
is immediately ready for use.
Green Light for Treating Red Vessels
Its flexible pulse width and five different spot sizes
from 0.2 to 2 mm offer the ideal prerequisites for
the treatment of vascular skin changes, such as
telangiectasia and rosacea, hemangioma, port-wine
stains and spider nevi. The spot size can easily be
switched by changing the tips of the handpiece.
There is no need to change fibers. IDAS also
eliminates pigmented nevi and other skin changes
such as solar lentigo. In continuous wave mode,
IDAS can be used for smaller surgical indications in
ENT or for removing warts.
